Fairly firm, yeasty, slightly nutty and clearly vegetal nose with citrus and pomaceous fruit aromas, a hint of smoke, root vegetables and floral nuances. Dry, ripe, nutty fruit, vegetal to herbaceous, yeasty and very light tobacco flavours, medium-fine mousse, some grip from crumbly tannin, again a little smoke and root vegetables, good substance and persistence, very good finish with grip and spice.
