Fairly firm, tart, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous nose with citrus aromas, a hint of pomaceous fruit and white berries with a hint of bacon in the background. Clear, firm, bright, again quite firm fruit, vegetal to herbaceous, hint of smoky and delicate yeasty notes, very fine acidity, cooling mineral tones, a hint of black berries and floral nuances, persistent, has tension, restrained power, very good, hint of iodine on the finish.
