Light yeasty, nutty and herbaceous notes on the nose, hint of bacon, candied yellow fruit, floral traces, hint of peperoni. Ripe, sweet fruit on the palate, vegetal and floral aromas, touch of yellow spice, elegant acidity, yeasty traces, good substance and persistence, fairly prominent notes of celery, peppery traces, hint of citrus zests, very good, fairly firm finish.
