Firm, tart, juicy fruit with buttery melting, nutty flavours and clear yellow spice, very fine acidity and lots of crumbly tannin, persistent on the palate, medium strength, certain warmth, vegetal flavours, a little tobacco, hints of caramel, remains bone dry, gains tension with air, very good, somewhat buttery, at the same time mealy-grippy finish.
