2022 Réserve, Cuvée "Rosie", Pfalz, Germany

Fairly mature, slightly mushroomy, somewhat nutty, vegetal and floral aroma with a hint of red berries, stone fruit and fine and bacon fat. Polished, finely juicy fruit with a slightly sweetish melt, polished acidity, has some grip and persistence, nutty and spicy wood notes in the background, some vanilla, a hint of grilled vegetables, salty minerality, very good finish with herbal and smoky spice.
