A hint of animal and slightly earthy aroma of black berries with tart nutty tones, hints of smoke, bacon and red pepper. Fresh, juicy fruit with lively, fine acidity and grip of ripe, crumbly, fine sandy tannins, light carbonic acid, good persistence on the palate, very lively and almost cool style despite a certain alcohol, herbal nuances, a little bitter chocolate and roast in the background, some depth, very good, animating, finely spicy and tart-juicy finish with grip.
