Fairly deep nose, delicate floral and herbaceous-vegetable notes, apple and citrus, floral nuances, artichokes, light smoky oak, smoked fish and some aniseed. Quite cool, very dry fruit, fine vegetal tones and some smoky, tobacco and aniseed-spicy wood, fine acidity, noticeable grip, good persistence, quite polished style, still young, chalky and salty minerality behind the light wood, pistachios in the background, very good, firm, relatively cool finish with juice and smoky wood notes.
