Nutty and slightly smoky pomaceous fruit and citrus nose with fine herbaceous and vegetal notes, some minerality in the background and restrained, light, slightly vanilla-like oak spice. Ripe, fairly juicy, melting fruit, light oak, some butter and vanilla, very fine acidity, light grip, good persistence, delicate hints of red berries in the background, smoky nuances, good substance, very good, slightly sweetish-melting finish.
