Nutty and very delicate tobacco aroma with rather pomaceous yellow fruit flavours, a hint of bacon and root vegetables. Quite firm, tart fruit, smoky to bacony, vegetal and nutty flavours, crumbly-sandy tannins, very fine acidity, persistent on the palate, restrained buttery, certain power, chalky hints in the background, still undeveloped, tobacco nuances, very good, somewhat buttery-melting finish with a certain woody spiciness.

Editor note: Firm, yeasty, light nutty and hinted buttery aroma with pome fruit notes, a little root vegetables, hints of herbs and light wood. Tart, undeveloped fruit, yeasty, nutty and again light woody tones, a little smoke, very fine acidity, delicate grip and some melting, chalk and salt in the background, good substance, some depth, very good finish. Needs to mature a little.
