Fine, vegetal, yeasty and slightly mushroomy aroma with red and yellow fruity notes, floral hints and a hint of black berries. Cool, slender, not completely dry fruit, relatively fine perlage, smoky, nutty and slightly mushroomy flavours, good persistence, delicate grip, bacony nuances and a hint of pepper, hints of marjoram and thyme, some salt, very good, quite firm finish.
