Firm aroma of ripe blackcurrants with floral nuances, a hint of blood and iodine, hints of tomato paste, paprika, blueberries and tomato paste with moderate, somewhat roasted, sooty, nutty and chocolaty wood spice. Ripe, firm, juicy dark fruit, some smoky and roasted oak notes, distinct oregano on the palate, black olives, pepper paste and tomato paste again, persistent on the palate, good depth, lots of salt, iodised traces, very good, firm finish with clear, ripe, fresh juice and quite complex, fine spice. Very skilful.
