Firmly woven, smoky and somewhat nutty-woody nose of ripe stone fruit with a hint of bacon, floral traces, yeasty tones and hints of yellow spice. Very tightly knit, tart, concentrated fruit, distinctly smoky and nutty wood spice, very fine acidity, lots of grip of ripe tannin, persistent, good depth, still undeveloped, plenty of chalky salty minerality in the background, has power and energy, a hint of candy in the background, also a hint of nut butter, very good, tart again concentrated and firm finish.
