Slightly smoky, bacony and a touch peppery aroma of predominantly black berries with tobacco and hints of cedary barrel notes as well as a little pepper in the background. Quite firm, tart, juicy dark fruit, smoky and somewhat toasty, also a hint of sooty roast aromas, present, fine sandy, still slightly drying tannin, a little coffee grounds in the background, certain power, salty hints, has a certain freshness, still undeveloped, very good, firm, again somewhat smoky finish with dark ethereal notes.
