Tart, distinctly herbal, a hint of floral, smoky and implied yeasty scent with bright yellow fruity aromas and almost a little ethereal herbal notes. Tart, bright, again relatively firm fruit, very fine acidity, some grip, smoky and yeasty hints, also again slightly ethereal herbs, chalky and salty tones, persistent, delicately creamy, still young, very good, firm, tart-juicy finish with some pull.
