2019 Brut Rosé "La Belle Rose" (Deg.:06/2021), Pfalz, Germany

Yeasty, slightly floral, delicately bacony and somewhat vegetal aroma with yellow and red fruity notes as well as a hint of mushrooms and pepper. Clear, finely juicy, cool fruit, yeasty, nutty and very slightly smoky notes, quite fine, lively mousseux, good persistence, some grip, fine tart spiciness and at the same time hinted at dosage sweetness, has tension, very good, taut, juicy and finely spicy finish.
