Cool, yeasty and finely vegetal to herbaceous aroma with very light yellow-fruity flavours, delicate mushroomy nuances and a hint of crab meat. Clear, finely juicy, very dry, light-coloured fruit, yeasty, fresh planty and again mushroomy notes, fine perlage, good persistence on the palate, buttery traces and some scallop, fine herbal tones, very good, cool, tart finish.
