2018 "Sweet Purple", Pfalz, Germany

Slightly open and rather tart nose, cherries and berries, peppery, vegetal and floral traces. Sweet fruit on the palate, nutty notes, hint of chocolate, some dried fruit, peppery traces, fine sandy tannins, light acid bite, slightly warm but well integrated alcohol, not particularly deep, very good, sweet, spicy finish with notes of preserved fruit.
