2018 Nussdorf Kaiserberg Pinot Noir Alte Reben, Pfalz, Germany

Firm, almost cool, clearly reminiscent of dried Provence herbs, predominantly red berries with smoky nuances and floral tones. Quite firm, tart, clear fruit, very fine tannin and some bite, smoky and very slightly toasty aromas, a hint of coffee grounds, some pepper and cocoa, lasting, clear minerality, some depth, very good, slightly warm, spicy and preserved-fruity finish.
