2018 Chenin Blanc "Le Moelleux", Pfalz, Germany

Fairly concentrated nosew, light yeasty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, partly candied citrus fruit, floral traces, mineral notes, hint of black berries. Ripe, juicy, partly candied and partly dried, sweet fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide firm grip, light smoky oak, touch of yellow spice, mineral notes in the background, medium body, good depth, some sugar candy on a very good, firm, gripping, spicy finish.
