2017 Sauvignon Blanc "Fumé", Pfalz, Germany

Light nutty and yeasty notes on the nose, vegetal notes, slightly warm yellow fruit aromas, buttery traces and a hint of spinach, increasingly develops notes of bacon, hint of provencale herbs, earthy and mineral notes. Fairly firm, slightlysweetish fruit on the palate, vegetal and yeasty notes, touch of yellow spice, chalky and salty notes, more light nutty aromas, elegant, lively acidity, good substance and persistence, light tannic grip, still slightly muted, fairly full-bodied, becomes increasingly juicy with aeration, very good, fairly firm finish.
