Clear, relatively cool, firm fragrance of black and a little red berries with dried herbal aromas, a hint of paprika and ethereal spicy nuances. Firm, tangy-juicy, again red and black fruit, smoky and slightly toasty wood aromas, fine sandy tannin, in the background a little chalk and salt, bacony notes, planty notes, again some green pepper, has power, good persistence, very good, firm, tangy-juicy and spicy, again also smoky and quite clearly chalky-salty finish
