Translate to English Herber, deutlich pflanzlicher, etwas hefiger und leicht aschiger Duft mit verhaltenen, hellen gelb- und grünfruchtigen Noten sowie mineralischen Anklängen. Sehr herbe Frucht, wieder erdige, aschige und auch ein wenig kartoffelig-vegetabile Aromen, recht lebendige Säure, merklicher Gerbstoff, im Hintergrund kreidig-salzige Töne, gewisses Bitter, gute Nachhaltigkeit, guter, eher herber und auch leicht rauer Abgang.
