Firm nutty nose, light yeasty notes, vegetal notes, hint of yellow spice, citrus and pomaceous fruit, delicate herbaceous and smoky notes, touch of bacon, light mineral notes. Ripe, fairly firm, juicy fruit on the palate, some yellow spice and oak, touch of smoked bacon, herbaceous and floral traces, yeasty and light nutty notes, prominent mineral notes, persistent and quite full-bodied, elegant, lively acidity, some depth, still quite young, becomes more elegant with aeration, very good firm, juicy, spicy finish.
