Tart yeasty nose, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, delicate hint of smoked bacon, yellow and green fruit, light mineral notes. Fairly juicy, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, yeasty aromas, green bacon, light nutty notes and light mineral notes, very light smoky traces, elegant acidity, good persistence, hint of dark berries, very good sweetish, juicy finish.
