Translate to English Deutlich pflanzliche, etwas erdige, ein wenig an Wurzelgemüse und Blumenkohl erinnernde Nase mit sehr verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Noten. Auch im Mund eher gedeckt, süßliche, verhaltene, mit Luft deutlich saftigere Frucht, erdige und gemüsige Beitöne, noch leicht rau am Gaumen, noch viel Hefe, passende, lebendige Säure, nussige Anklänge, angedeutet getrocknet-floral, gute Nachhaltigkeit, guter bis sehr guter Abgang mit deutlicher Mineralik sowie nussig-hefigen und nach einiger Zeit auch süßlioch-fruchtigen Aromen.
