2015 Sauvignon Blanc "Baer", Pfalz, Germany

Yellow-gold colour. Fairly mature nose, light vegetal notes, partly dried yellow fruit aromas, touch of yellow spice, light oak, hint of tobacco, yeasty notes, prominent earthy and chalky mineral notes. Firmly structured, tart fruit on the palate, yeasty notes, light nutty oak, elegant acidity, vegetal and herbaceous notes, concentrated and persistent, chalky mineral notes, good substance and depth, still youte youthful, light oak and mineral notes on a very good, firm, tart finish.
