Firm nose, light oak, becomes more elegant with aeration, light vegetal and earthy notes, tart yellow fruit, nutty aromas, hint of fennel and yeasty traces. Clear, tranquil, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, creamy, nutty oak, slightly smoky, vegetal traces, fairly prominent fennel, yeasty traces, earthy and mineral notes, very elegant acidity, some yellow spice and tobacco, salty traces and a hint of bacon, bone dry style, tranquil, hint of butter on a very good finish.
