Slightly smoky nutty oak on the nose, still slightly yeasty, light yellow fruit, vegetal notes, light mineral notes in the background. Clear, tart, surprisingly cool fruit on the palate, more yeasty and light smoky notes, elegant acidity, light mineral notes, integrated tannins provide some grip, medium body, very good, fairly cool finish with light nutty, earthy and salty notes.
