Relatively cool, still slightly yeasty, somewhat fresh-vegetable to herbaceous nose with pomaceous fruit and citrus notes as well as nuances reminiscent of asparagus. Straightforward fruit with still yeasty traces, matching acidity, a hint of butter and yellow spice, certain persistence, hints of meadow herbs, asparagus again, chalky tones on a good finish.
