Vegetable pome fruit nose with a hint of mushrooms. Yeasty and slightly smoky in the mouth, bright, sweetish fruit with some acid bite and some phenolic grip, again hints of mushrooms on the palate, white-peppery hints, also chalky-salty tones, a touch lemony, quite good, sweetish-acidic finish with bite and minerality.
