Tart, slightly dried-vegetable, nutty and a little yeasty aroma with restrained yellow-fruity, nutmeg and hints of floral aromas. Ripe, restrained fruit, nutty and dried-vegetable to tobacco aromas, fine acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, very fine acidity, chalky tones, good to very good finish.
