Somewhat herbal, nutty and a little mushroomy scent of ripe yellow fruits with slightly bacony hints and a touch of root vegetables. Rather lean, sweetish fruit with nutty and herbaceous notes, moderate acidity, slightly drying tannin, good persistence, earthy tones, noticeable salt in the good to very good, just a hint drying finish again.
