Translate to English Leicht entwickelter Duft nach eingelegten Nüssen, Kernobst und teils angetrockneten Zitrusfrüchten mit vegetabilen und auch merklich hefigen Tönen. Mürbe, recht saftige Frucht im Mund, wieder viel Nüsse, dazu Datteln und Senfkörner, vegetabile und altholzige Aromen, passende Säure, moderate, gute eingebundene Perlage, wieder recht viel Hefe, wirkt dadurch ein wenig belegt, leichte Alkoholwärme, recht guter Abgang mit leichten Salznoten.
