Still clearly reductive, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous and nutty pome and stone fruit scents with a hint of celery and bacon. Clear, sweet citrus fruit with minty hints, lively acidity, has some grip and good persistence, salty minerality, hints of cassis and rhubarb, good to very good finish with bite.
