2022 Maximin Grünhaus Herrenberg Riesling Spätlese VDP.Grosse Lage, Mosel, Germany

Firm, quite deep, still emphatically reductive citrus nose with distinct herbal-vegetable aromas, some egg white, smoke, lots of minerality and white peach. Taut, undeveloped, bright fruit with lively, fine acidity and integrated sweetness, persistent and dense on the palate, herbal-vegetable flavours, clear minerality, certain depth, still completely undeveloped, black berry nuances, very good, firm, juicy finish with plenty of bite and grip.
