Firm, somewhat yeasty and a hint of smoky peach and citrus aroma with floral nuances, a hint of dark berries and distinct minerality. Taut, juicy, cool fruit with integrated sweetness and lively acidity, herbaceous and somewhat yeasty notes, some grip, persistent on the palate, lots of minerality in the background, reminiscent of mussel shells, a hint of seaweed, some depth, delicate dark berry tones, very good, firm finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2034+. What our ratings mean
