Firm, slightly smoky and yeasty aroma with citrus and stone fruit aromas, a hint of dark berries, fennel seeds, sesame oil and herbal-vegetable notes. Cool, fine, relatively sweet fruit, lively, fine acidity, herbaceous-vegetable and delicately yeasty tones, slightly floral on the palate, in the background again also black berries and sesame oil, certain minerality, good persistence, very good finish with bite.
