Still undeveloped, slightly smoky-reductive nose with yellow fruity and herbal aromas, some cheese rind and tobacco. Clear, juicy, relatively sweet, cool fruit, yeasty and herbal aromas, slightly floral, a hint of red and black berries, a touch of woodruff, delicate grip, good persistence, minerality in the background, again also herbal tones, very good, quite juicy finish with sweetness and bite.

Best to drink: Ende 2024 bis 2029+. What our ratings mean
