Firm, yeasty and dried-vegetable to herbaceous nose with citrus and stone fruit aromas, some smoke, floral notes, a hint of nuts and mineral tones. Taut, ripe, juicy fruit with fine, lively acidity and plenty of grip, yeasty, nutty and smoky notes on the palate, vegetal and herbal notes again, persistent and quite dense on the palate, distinct minerality, some yellow spice, traces of black berries in the background, some depth, very good, juicy and grippy finish.
