2020 Maximin Grünhaus Herrenberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Mosel, Germany

Clear, firm and quite deep, polished, cool, at first rather bright stone fruit-citrus scent with yeasty aromas, very slightly smoky-reductive notes, distinct minerality and then also a hint of black berries, dried olives and mint. Cool, polished, again at first rather bright, fine-juicy, noble fruit, very fine, lively acidity, yeasty, herbal and delicately floral aromas, in the background again hints of dark berries, lasting, good depth, rather elegant style, still undeveloped, very good, tight, juicy finish with polish and traction. May mature.
