Yeasty nose, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, slightly warm, fairly mature citrus, stone and pomaceous fruit, some sugar candy, mineral traces. Fairly firm, juicy fruit on the palate, integrated sweetness, lively acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, vegetal, herbaceous and light floral aromas, hint of red berries in the background, light salty touch, persistent, some bite and grip, still largely undeveloped, very good, fairly juicy finish.
