Translate to English Leicht pflanzlich-würziger Duft nach Steinobst und angetrockneten Äpfeln mit Birnentönen, Mineralik und einem Hauch Cassis. Feinsaftig im Mund, ziemlich deutliche Birnenfrucht, kräuterige und mineralische Noten, feine Säure, ganz leichter Gerbstoff, im Hintergrund wieder auch Cassis, sehr gute Nachhaltigkeit, recht kühler Stil mit Biss, mittlere Tiefe, gute Länge.
