Translate to English Hefige und eine Spur käsige Nase nach angetrockneten Äpfeln und Steinobst mit süßlichen Kräuternoten. Feinsaftige, süße Frucht mit hefiger Würze, elegante Säure, mineralisches Rückgrat, durchgezeichnet, gute Präsenz am Gaumen, wieder leicht käsige Anklänge, hat Substanz und Tiefe, recht lang. Braucht Zeit.
