Maximin Grünhaus - Weingut der Familie von Schubert
Winery Wines Files 11

1999 Maximin Grünhaus Abtsberg Riesling Auslese, Mosel, Germany

Cool, almost youthful, somewhat fresh-vegetable to herbaceous citrus-peach nose with a hint of apricot with delicate floral, smoky and mineral notes. Very polished, juicy, sweet, again incredibly youthful fruit with fresh vegetal to herbal notes, a hint of spinach on the palate, very fine acidity, persistent on the palate, hints of dark berries in the background, some salt, good substance, yet fine and elegant, very good, quite firm, juicy, sweet finish.
