Firm, somewhat tobacco-like, nutty and bacony aroma of yellow fruit with a hint of fine root vegetables and medicinal herbs. Ripe, tightly knit fruit with delicately creamy, a hint of dark berries and fennel, fine, lively acidity, light tannic grip, some persistence, salty minerality, hints of citrus zest and mint, very good, slightly melting finish with smoky nuances.
