Relatively cool, slightly reductive, somewhat herbaceous, nutty and hints of bacon aroma of bright yellow fruits with delicate floral aromas and a hint of elderberry. Straightforward, rather slender, delicately sweet fruit with blackberry aromas, a hint of fennel and some yeast, lively, almost present acidity, has grip and a certain persistence, salty minerality in the good finish.
