Am Gaumen straff mit recht präsenter Säure, eingemachte Frucht nach grünem Apfel, hartem Pfirsich und etwas Zitrus, wiederum ein wenig Rosenholz, kräuteriger Hintergrund, eigenwillig, zeigt dabei Herkunft, ein wenig grün und herb im ordentlichen bis guten Abgang.
