Very firm, slightly smoky and yellow-spicy, reminiscent of curry and also distinctly herbal nose with citrus, apple, and stone fruit aromas, a bit of roasted pork crackling, tobacco, dill, and distinct minerality. Ripe, dense, very juicy fruit, lively acidity, a bit of grip, ethereal-herbal aromas, again a little yellow spice, chalky-salty minerality, persistent, firm structure, hinted green curry and delicate pea tones, oily nuances, certain depth, hinted sweetness, still young, very good, again dense, juicy and slightly ethereal-spicy finish.
