Translate to English Fester und recht tiefer, deutlich an Suppenkräuter erinnernder Duft mit Zitrus- und Steinobstaromen, Fenchel und Pfeffer mit mineralischen Noten. Reife, dichte, kühle, saftige Frucht, dicht gewirkt und vollkommen trocken, konzentrierter Suppenfond am Gaumen, nicht nur die Kräuter, auch Fleisch, Knochen und Wurzelgemüse, tief und nachhaltig, sehr feine, den Wein durchmarmorierende Säure, enorme Mineralik, besitzt Spannung und dennoch innere Ruhe, rauchige Spuren, eine Spur Knoblauch, konzentrierter, straffer Abgang. Eine Essenz.
