Delicately smoky and somewhat dried herbal nose of ripe black and red berries with a little laurel, root vegetables, pepper, a hint of tomato, clearly nutty aromas, mushrooms, some meat juice and moderate wood tones. Quite firm, tart, juicy fruit, nutty, smoky, peppery and again reminiscent of laurel aromas, some acid bite, present, fine sandy tannin, chalky-salty minerality, has freshness, toasty nuances, persistent, some depth, a hint of citrus zest, gets finer and more complex with air, very good, firm, tart-juicy and somewhat peppery-etheric finish.
